Goal
I just realized that if I keep up my healthy eating and exercise, I can easily be at my goal weight by my birthday!
I VOW RIGHT NOW NOT TO WEIGH MYSELF UNTIL MY BIRTHDAY, SEPTEMBER 2ND, SO THAT I CAN HAVE THE SATISFACTION OF LOOKING AT THE SCALE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOUR MONTHS AND SEEING MY GOAL.
I also think not weighing myself, in general, is a pretty good idea.
